I didnt cancel the reservation

Im Elounie my guest chat me ang ask I cancel the reservation. As I remember, I accept the bookings and awaiting reservation.

My guest name is Cherry.

Can you help me about it?

If the guest sent you a booking request which you accepted, you must have a confirmed booking in your calendar and your reservation list.  If the guest sent you an inquiry which you pre-approved, you do not need to do anything and the potential guest does not need to worry.  It is not a booking or a booking request and it will expire after a certain number of hours.

A guest should not ask you to cancel, that is the responsibility of the guest. Do not cancel on the guest's behalf, that will be considered as a host cancellation with penalties and blocked dates.
