I don't understand the fee structure

I don't understand the airbnb fee structure.

I am offering $460.00 x 7 nights which = $3223.00 AirBnB charges a Service fee of $228.00 and Occupancy Taxes of $438.00 So the guest will pay $3889.00

But I am receiving only  $2430.00 minus another Service fee  of $73.00 I earn $2357.00? Where did the other $866 go?

I just checked your listing and I see 375. not 460. But you also have a 10% discount for a week.

One more thing, other hosts can correct me if I'm wrong but the service fee is subtracted from your payment. So if you charge 100 and the service fee is 20 you get 80. They don't upcharge the guest 120 and give you 100.
