Does seem odd, I did look at your listing and see a number of things contrary to ABB rules but that was not the reason given.

You allow the motorhome to be driven around Ibiza, This is expressly forbidden on airbnb, only fixed accommodation can be advertised.

Park it on a caravan pitch and fit a wheel clamp and you can list it.
