I guest request for long-term stay

Several days ago I got a request for for a second party to stay long-term.  The request came from the business manager of a well- known surgeon in the area.  When we tried to exchange phone numbers to discuss the situation, our numbers were blocked.

What can I do to connect with this person?

@Patricia393 you need to communicate using the airbnb system if you want to take the reservation using aribnb. That is the policy. Personal info such as phone # and email address are available once the reservation is confirmed.
