We have different kinds of rooms with different rates,
The pool view are about 50 they have different rate than lake view which are also 50
We also have Executive suites, Deluxe rooms and triple rooms whose rates are also different,
We want to rent our hotel room with 2 guests per room as maximum occupancy, and 3 guests per room for triple room as maximum occupancy.
would I have to create 126 different listings for 126 different rooms?

I would start with 2 listing of each different room type. You will not be popular with hosts or guests if you put up 126 nearly identical listings. If the 2 fill up then create a new one. You also want to concentrate your reviews on a couple of listings so that guests have multiple reviews to read about one property rather than having just a couple on each one.
When you do wind up with multiple listings set up you may like to use the multicalendar function to make sure you have future availability on at least 2 listings and if it is getting out of hand, put the others on snooze until you need them visible.
Or, better yet, block out all dates on the calendars that are for the excess listings and just open availability as you need it only on those dates that are booked on the 2 main ones. Guests won't be happy if they have to wade through pages of your property to see alternates they may prefer.
If you find that certain dates are really popular, you might like to use the special offer function to change the guests to a listing that has no reviews. Don't forget to check that the cleaning fee is added and the total is correct. If the reservation is already confirmed, you can do this at the top of the messages by altering the booking and using the drop down box to change property. In this way, your listing with the bulk of the reviews will remain visible to future lookers.
Hope that helps and good luck to you, Lisa
@Cynthia-and-Chris1 And every time I have to put photos and add description when 50 of the rooms are same kinds of rooms with exact same price
@Yash6 Yes. Or if you don't think there will be that many bookers, create fewer.
Sigh.

Thank you Very much miss/Mrs. Lisa,
You have given very satisfactory answer which I was searching for.
Not sure I would want to list on just one site.
I have listed to other sites too but there is strength in numbers you see?
