I have the same problem, I hot this credit as well supposed to last 1 year, now that I want to use it, it's nowhere to be found. Tried contacting Airbnb, no way to do it...

Found it! The coupon code is in an email sent to the superhost.

If anyone still has trouble with this. I had the same issue and finally discovered that I could see the code on a laptop. I wasn't able to view it on my phone or an ipad. I can't remember exactly where it was as I've already used it but it was in an obvious place, in the websit. Most likely viewable in the "credits" tab. Hope this helps!

I had the same question. I called Airbnb (got a hold of someone very quickly) --she stayed on the phone while I booked my AirBnb, but it would have been easy once she told me -- when you get to the page where you pay underneath it says "redeem coupon." You press this -- you don't need your coupon number, my $100 credit came up automatically.
