I have been asked to provide a reference - but the system doesn't let me do it....

As the title suggests, I have been asked to provide a reference for another host. However, when I go into "profile" and select "references by me", the relevant person's profile appears, but doesn't offer me any way to wrote a reference.

I have tried on the ipad app, as well as on a Mac.

I am confused.

Any ideas guys?

I'm having the same difficulty.

I referred a friend to a host out of state. He is trying to book and needs references, but I'm unable to give him one! So frustrating! We need a quick solution so he can book!

Ugh!
