I have not received the payment

I have not received the payment

AirBnB received the payment months ago.  I hosted the tenant.  The tenant has left.  I want my rent from AirBnB.  It is very frustrating that there is no one to speak to.  I don't want to speak to a Community, I want AirBnB to pay me.

The same thing has happened to me if anyone can provide me with a callcenter number where I can get help as to why this is happening?

You are right.  This is not a community issue so contacting Air BNB is the appropreciate direction.  Don't know what ways you have tried to contact Air BNB (several are outline in the Help Center) but I have had good luck with using the Twitter account.

I have changed the price on my current guests who are now using 2 rooms instead of one. Air bnb has not  acknowledged the change.

Judy, you are communicating with a host community, not Air BNB.  Please follow the instructions in the Help Center for contacting Air BNB.  I like the Twitter option but you can also wait on the phone.
