I have not recieved the payment yet

Hi, 

 

It's been like 7th time I am contacting your team regarding my payment. 

 

Everytime your representative mislead me and ask me to wait for 5-7 business days and no one helps me  to sort the issue. 

 

I have not Recived payments of 4 different guest who visited our property.

 

One representative informed, my bank is not approving my bank account details. When I checked with bank they say they have not Recived anything. 

 

Couple of days before an other representative informed, the screening process of IDfy has not been completed hence the money is getting delayed, when I checked with IDfy they mentioned my screening process has been completed ages ago. 

 

None of your team are helping me to sort the issue and have just kept the money with you and all your representative make the false promises. 

 

I am also getting enquires for this weekend through your platform. I don't understand how to go ahead as I don't get any money whenever you send the guest. 

 

Please let me know when will I get the money and whom to contact to sort this issue 

 

All the representative I contacted are misleading me. Please make me get in touch with the right department.
