I haven't received payment for damages

I had a guest staying at my house, they completely destroyed my home. Good news was that they owned up to it, I got an estimate for the repairs and filed a claim on the resolution center for the amount of $1,500. Within 48 hours they submitted payment. I got a notice from airbnb that I would receive the money in 5-7 business days. I have not received the payment yet, and it's past their time frame. In summary, I already paid for the repairs out of pocket, and the guest already submitted payment but Airbnnb has yet to release my funds. What should I do?

I contacted customer service and they said that a different department handles this claims and they couldn't transfer me there. 

Has anyone experienced that before?

@Shay-and-Tim0 we did and contacted guest again and it turned out that he didn't realize he didn't have enough money on the credit card. Next day he paid and we received the money.
