I keep getting an error message when setting up my payment details

I keep getting an error message when setting up my payment details

I'm entering my bank details, as I don't want to use Paypal and each time I go through the process of submitting my details I get to the end, hit submit & get an error message.

 

Any suggestions what I should do? I can't find a help facility on the site that can help me with this.

and I have the same problem. application does not allow me to change my way of payment and can not get a payment from someone who's been in my apartment

Me too! I try to enter my information so I can get paid by direct deposit and it appears an error has occurred.
