@Eduardo1596 I am sure all hosts also want more inquiries and bookings. The truth in the UK (and it may apply to your country as well) is that many new hosts piled into short term rental last year when prices were high. This high supply combines with a drop in demand this year has caused many hosts to struggle. No doubt many will exit the market for next year and it will be different again.

@Eduardo1596 In order to attract guests, you need to do several things:

1. Describe what the guest is getting 

2. Retake photos so they’re more appealing. Each room/area should be fully displayed. 

3. Remove the words unique and vey elegant from the home listing. 

4. Clear stuff off kitchen counter. 

5. Only have a lamp on end table (there’s no where for guest to put their personal stuff

7. And say a little about yourself in the “About” section. 

Never forget about your competition. I did a search and I suggest you get inspiration from your competition
