suspension and guest eviction with no notice or explanation?

what is wrong with this company that they can suspend listings and evict guests without notice and not tell the guests or host why? worse, not to reply to the host when they inquire repeatedly for days? outrageous and disgusting. is removing someones primary income source without explanation grounds for legal action?

If guest was evicted by airbnb, maybe they disputed payment with their credit card company.

However, since your listing was suspended, has there been any complaints from your guests—undisclosed cameras on the property, bed bugs, property different from what’s advertised, unsanitary conditions, etc. If none of these are plausible, please provide us with what you think may have gone awry so we can offer advice. 

And unfortunately, when a listing is suspended, CS takes what seems like forever to respond.
