If guest was evicted by airbnb, maybe they disputed payment with their credit card company.
However, since your listing was suspended, has there been any complaints from your guests—undisclosed cameras on the property, bed bugs, property different from what’s advertised, unsanitary conditions, etc. If none of these are plausible, please provide us with what you think may have gone awry so we can offer advice.
And unfortunately, when a listing is suspended, CS takes what seems like forever to respond.
