I need to reverser a payment for a booking

Hi 

I need to reverse a payment for a booking. I thought guest was cancelling. Guest thought I was cancelling. But we mutually agreed to cancel. 

How Can I do this? Includignany booing fees?

Hello @Zyra0. I guess only Airbnb CS is able to do it, if at all.

Or you will find a pinned post in the Help section how to do it. From user's level the guest can only pay once again, plus service fee again.
