I need to switch from having the whole house available to guest room a month from now

I can rent my whole house for the next two months but want to switch to only renting a room.  How do I  swtich the calendar now to show I am only renting it as only a bedroom and that price in the future?

If this is something that may happen again, then make two listings, one for the whole house and one for just the room. Block each accordingly so there can be no double bookings as the two listings are mutually exclusive.
