I would like for Airbnb to stop listing my property.  I cannot work with a company with whom I can't have a conversation.  I have had no written nor verbal communication with anyone from Airbnb. They have decied that people could stay at my property for free. ($16.00 per night) I would like this nonsense to stop--for Airbnb to go their way and I go mine.  I regret that protential guests are being fooled wirth this nonsense and I want it to stop.  Jacobs

Hi,

You wrote "They have decied that people could stay at my property for free. ($16.00 per night)." Airbnb does not control the price of your listings. You control it. If you have Smart Pricing turned on, you can set a Minimum price to make sure it doesn't go lower than what you find acceptable.

If you would like for Airbnb to stop listing your property, that is also under your control. Just go to the Calendar and change it from "Listed" to "Unlisted." (Bottom left corner of the calendar on the website.)

 Hi @Maude7,

It sounds like something's not right here.

As @Brian0 mentioned, you might have smart pricing enabled. If so, you may want to consider disabling this option so that you will have more control over your pricing.

Here's a community guide on smart pricing that may be helpful.

Does this help?

Hello @Maude7

As others have said, you are in control of listing your property and of pricing it.

Turn off smart pricing, or you can even override it with it turned on.  Even with it on, you can set your own minimum price.

If you want to take your lisiting down, again, Airbnb does not do that.  You do.  Just click "unlisted" .  No biggie.
