I want to reset my listing after it was hacked

Hi,

My account was hacked (don't know how - assuming there was a leak on another site where I might have used a similar password/username combo) and someone reset my account listing, which I put quite a lot of work into. Is there any way I can reset it? I've done a bit of Googling and this outfit has been operating from the same domain name for several months. (woxrent.com) How can these people operate so blatantly?
