I want to set instant book for a certain timeframe only

I would make 2 listings much the same as people do when they have multiple rooms in the same property.  I would call them "House Name" and "House Name Instant Book!".  Adjust your calendars accordingly.  This would also be handy for people who have had peak period dates blocked because of cancellations.  They could have a second shot on an "instant book" listing!!
