What a beautiful listing you have, @Guy-Et-Popy0!  I see you are just starting with Air BNB.  You are not using Smart Pricing, which is good, so you can edit your price directly on your calendar.  You can do it for any time period by highlighting the days on your calendar and changing the price.  Be sure to save the changes.

While you are a new listing, Air BNB will give you temporary preference in the search function so it is wise to capitalize on that temporary boost so you can have guests and guest reviews.  Also, you could temporarily add a sentence at the beginning of the description in which you note the November-December price reflects a 10% discount.  Be sure to remove the sentence in December.

Dear Linda,

I hope you can help me again!
I am trying to change the cancellation policy of my villa but I do not know how to do it.
I went on my listings
Manage listing
Booking settings on top of page
I clicked on edit next to cancel policy
and I tried to change my cancellation policy but it does not allow me to change to "super strict 60 days"
Can you please help me?

@Guy-Et-Popy0  It is my understanding that hosts cannot elect the super strict 60 days but must be invited to do so by Air BNB.  I believe the type of property would be comparable to a castle :D.
