ID Verification

I am an Airbnb host and I have requested accommodation in Paris for my trip in June. I was asked to provide verification so uploaded a picture of my passport but this is now being rejected as my signature is not on it.

I would not have thought I needed to provide verification already being a host and airbnb already having my verifications as a host.

I obviously cannot sign my passport so wonder how I can be verified in this case.
