ID Verification

Hi there,

I am new to the Airbnb comunity and have a question about ID verification. I have done the ID veryfication ad in my profile it is stated that it is veryfied. But when I go to hosting dashbord there, under veryfication it is written that I have to provide more clear picture of my ID document. But I can't do anything to work this out.

Hi there - I've had 3 years great airbnbing..however since my wife set up her airbnb account on our shared pc I was asked to verify my ID with govt id. I scanned in my passport and since then my account has been disabled! I've tried to enable again but without luck, the last being a screen saying we're having ttrouble finding a camera...what do I do, who can I contact?

My ID is accepted in my profile and veryfied. But I also host and would like to add that my guests need to have an ID veryfication. But now I can't do that because in hosting menu it is written that my photo on ID was not OK. And I can't redo the veryfication because If I do it again I will lose my reservation that I have for the end of the month...

How can I contact Airbnb directly via mail or something?
