Hi

 I recently received a request for Airbnb that my payments were suspended and required additional info including a facial id to resume payments.

i believed it was genuine and provided info as requested.

our payments as a host have not resumed so believe I may have been scammed and provided all this personal detail to a scammer

anyone able to verify please.

That’s awful  Ashley you really should contact Airbnb directly to cancel your payoneer card and issue you a new one.  Best of luck!  Lisa
