ID verification

Hello everyone, 

I'm a new host and recently I have received a guest enquiry for booking.  Since he is also new to airbnb, he had tried to do the ID verification step by step, but he claimed that he cannot satisfy the last step of the ID verification and herefore he cant request reservation.  I looked at his profile and noticed that he already had 3 verifications, namlely, email address, phone number and also the driver's license (offline ID).   

He is asking me for help and I wonder what's possible goes wrong?  Anyone please help?   MANY THANKS.

In which case your guest has already submitted the information he needs as a fully verified guest, so you should be able to accept his booking.
