Illegal rent in San Francisco

Hi,

Our Neighbor is renting illegally her unit on Airbnb as she is not residing in the unit she is offering on Airbnb. On top of that she is asking her guest to park in our driveway which is causing us lot hassle as they are blocking our car which is parked in the garage.

I would like to know if there is a way that Airbnb can help in this issue; as we had to call the police several time to tow the Airbnb guest' s car due to the fact that they blocked our car and refused to remove it.
