An important and urgent question :
There was a problem with the synchronisation of our Airbnb agenda (we function also on the same time with Booking.com) It is not the first time.
And now we have a guest from Airbnb on a date that was already occupied! The night from 4 on 5 January. This guest expect now that we pay back the total amount that they payed (78,61€) But we will gain only 65,53 € and we find that it isn't correct because we will loose money and we are not responsible for this problem.. .Also, they tell us that they payed guarantee of 150 euros. Can you trace this? They also want it back of course.
Can you please answer me today or at least tomorrow? Because we received an allution request of this guest and we have to answer at least tomorrow.
