Incorrect review

Like many hosts, I take my reviews seriously and am open to feedback. One of my guests (out of 87) gave me a mixed review, 5 stars overall but only one star in both accuracy and cleanliness (you can read the review here https://www.airbnb.com/progress/reviews/details/524810770). When I asked the guest about it, she said she was not very computer literate and it was a mistake saying the place was perfectly clean and easy to find.

Is there a way to have airbnb either just remove the review or should I just let it go?

Given the high level of positive reviews in over 90 reviews, I am wondering why you are concerned, @Scott228 .  As you know, it is only the overall rating that impacts your SH status.  Also, since you have determined from the guest that there is no negative feedback but just a mistake, letting it go seems like a good thing to do.  Air BNB does not remove guest reviews unless there is a content policy violation.

I guess I did not realize that just the overall rating impacted Superhost status. That is good to know. It seems reasonable to just let it go which I will do. Thanks for the reply!

The other feedback such as cleanliness, accuracy, etc ratings are only for feedback directly to you on how to "improve" your listing but the overall rating the guest selects is what impacts your account.

@Andrea2893  Not exactly. Hosts have gotten warning messages from Airbnb if they get low ratings in a certain area. But as far as I'm aware, they would only do that if a host is getting consistently low ratings in any given category, not just for one outlier review.
