Incorrect special offer

Hi, I recently hosted a guest that booked through a special offer I issued. After she left I realized that the special offer I issued/she booked had incorrect pricing (it was significantly lower than the amount the guest and I agreed upon through AirBnB chat in the week prior to booking). If I submit a support request am I out of luck (i.e. the special offer is final regardless of what was discussed prior) or am I entitled to the difference in price?

I think you know the answer yourself: an offer is final. Also it is rather strange you discovered the mistake AFTER the reservation already finished. Next time be more alert.
