So, I have a guest that want to cancel the last 4nights of her stay and is asking for a booking changing, which I accept it. Due to being the high season, and so close to the dates, I decided to charge 22eur more for "compensation". Now the guest sent me a message saying the there is a policy saying that she could cancel 24 before, she even sent me a printscreen. Since my policy is STRICT I don't understand how this can happen. Can you please explain me what's going on?
