Insta Booking and Payment

Hi, I am new to hosting.  How do I know someone has reserved my house if I have it set to InstaBook?  Also, how do I receive payment from the guest?  Also, should I send guests some sort of rental agreement?  Or does Air BnB do that for me?

@Wayne-and-Sarah0 - sounds like you guys are new to the system and have a lot of questions easily answered by doing some legwork and reading in the Airbnb Help Center.  As business owners and hosts, it is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of how the platform works.  I would suggest Snoozing your listing before mistakes are made.
