Instant Book is on but appears as "Request to Book"

So I turned on "Instant Book" on my listing and turned off ALL the Guest requirements so the only requirements left are the Airbnb standard requirements. Nonetheless, when I search my listing whilst being connected with my account (which meets all the Airbnb standard requirements) the red button doesn't show as "Book" but as "Request to Book". 

If anyone has any tips on how to change that it would be great to hear them.
