Instant Book - no show - Airbnb asking review

Dear all 

 

I have instant guest turned on - the guest didn't show up but Airbnb asking me to review - what do I do? I initially write something but then it starts to ask about cleanliness etc .. you know thw star ratng - does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? Many thanks John
