Hello AirBNB Community,
Just wondering if someone could help me out. I am an experienced host of a couple of years and my listing -The Cowies Building, Bluff, Southland, New Zealand has always been available to book via 'instant book' because that is what I find gets me the most bookings. Recently I had to cancel a reservation so AirBNB changed my 'instant book' to 'request a reservation'. I accept this is a penalty of cancelling a reservation, it was months ago and I have since contacted the help centre multiple times and they assure me that my calendar is back on 'instant book'. Yet when I look at it, as though I'm a traveller browsing the available properties in my town, my listing still says 'request to book'. Does it only appear this way to me? If one of you have a minute would you be able to look up my listing and let me know if it says 'request to book'?
I feel like I'm going round in circles with asking the same question of the help people.
Thanks so much, -Emily
