Instant Booking

I want to turn Instant Booking for a couple of weeks while I will be away.  Is this possible, or must I turn Instant Booking off for my entire calendar, then turn it back on when I return?

I have added a note to my calendar for the dates I'm away "No Instant Booking".  Do prospective guests see this?

@Jerry77 Instead of switching your instant booking button off why dont you simply block the dates during which you will be away. Click calender select the dates that you want to block and save. Good luck!!!

A close friend and fellow AirBnB host is looking after my property in my absence, so I can still accept bookings - subject to her availability to clean and check guests in. I need to avoid blocking the dates.

@Jerry77 Then in this case go to manage listing then booking settings select the second option which is "All guests must send reservation requests". That will stop the instant booking from taking any reservation without pre approval.Good luck!!!
