Instant Booking

My listening is set on Instant Booking, so why am I getting the option to decline or except?  Are the background checks done on all reservations?

People not fullfilling all your conditions for IB can still send you a regular booking request.

ABB does not do a background check on guests. The most they can do is verify a email address, phone number or compare a uploaded ID to a selfie. Not what I would say to be a real background check.
