Instant Bookings and Check in Time

Hi everyone,

I am a new host to Airbnb and have selected the recommended Instant Booking function for those guests that meet Airbnb and my criteria.  I have a flexible check in time from 2pm selected (which gives time for my cleaner to come in after a check out time of 11am), however in two of my last reservations guests have instantly booked with a 12pm check-in - does anyone know a solution for this apart from me adjusting their booking and waiting for them to accept the adjustment?

@Melissa987  your guest can write whatever he wants but if your check-in starts at 2 then you are not obligated to check him in earlier. You can message him and tell him to wait in the nearby cafe, drop his luggage in the locker at the train station or go sightseeing until 2 h.
