Hi!
I understand that hosts have the 'Aircover" from Airbnb. However, I discussed with my home insurance company and they told me that if I decide to become and Airbnb hist, I would only be covered for 30 days, after which my insurance may become void.
Question: pls do you know of any insurance companies in Canada that would support Airbnb hosting all year round?
Hey @Kelly1622,
Have you found an insurance that suits you since you last posted here, or do you need more help? It might be worth checking if there is a local Host Club near you if so, as local Hosts might have more recommendations to share. 🙂
Thanks,
Emilie

Thanks for the suggestion, Emilie.
Hi @Kelly1622 ,
Did you find an insurance company? We have an insurance company that covers BNB activity but only for 180 days of rental each year. Hoping to find one that would cover more since we are nearing almost half that amount in less than 4 months.
No I havent found any yet. So with this 180-day insurance company, is there an option for renewal?
