Hi,

I have an air bnb in a granny flat at the back of my main property in NSW, Australia.

I have recently been told by both Allianz and AAMI that they can not insure my property. I am due for renewal in 2 days! How come insurers won't insure my property if it has an air bnb on it? They basically nearly hung up on me and did not give any explanation. Does anyone know of an insurer I can protect both my main house and the granny flat with?
