Can anyone tell me if Air BnB provides buildings cover in our agreement or if I need specialist cover. If so any advice on best company to use?

Here is the link of what Airbnb will cover: www.airbnb.com/terms/host_guarantee (copy and paste).  Airbnb does advise to have a homeowner's policy.  My insurance company said they would not cover anything if my house is being rented on Airbnb.  I recently switched to Proper Insurance which specilizes in vacation/short term rental properties.  The rates are resonable for the coverage you receive.  It has a robust liability insurance, but also includes intentional and unintentional damages, losses, and theft.  What I like is it covers income loss if your rental becomes damaged.  Here is there webiste: https://www.proper.insure/
