International Guest Price Changes

Hello All!

I am hoping to find an anser to this.  I had pre-approved a guest an international guest, and when he went to book later int he day, the price was 4% higher.  He said:

"did the price just increase? it was just £111 per night, cleaning fee £74, service fee £80, occ tax £31, giving a total price £630. Total price now £658. Not a big deal, just curious"

No one else had asked about this, but I have not had an international guest yet. I am just curious if anyone knows.

Do you have smart pricing or other automated pricing software - if so the price could have increased. If not,  perhaps give Airbnb a call and ask them about the discrepancy.

Could it be currency conversion fee, although 4% is a bit over the top.

@Jeff158  Thanks!   I thought perhaps it was an exchage rate fluctuation, as it took the guest two days to book.
