International wire transfer

Hello, 

 

I am new to airbnb and I have a question. In payout preferences I've chosen the international wire transfer.  I've already had one guest and the website shows the transaction is completed. But I didn't get the money on my card, I don't understand the problem. Can somebody help me?

mine shows the same, did you guys get something regarding this, I think I may have made a mistake entering the wire instructions, but how do I get the money re wired...
