Introducing Superhost Week

I would like to have a special event week were one week during Christmas you can rent the  whole house out for just that week.  Is there away to do this? Advertising? Like a Christmas special.

All that comes to mind is make another listing with only Christmas week available and make the listings title "Christmas special" with all the details in the description.
