When AIRBNB stops stealing my money after someone stays and I follow the rules then calling and writing them will make your guidance helpful. I can't even find the resolution comments area and the AIRBNB REP closed the case ... like I am not just working for AIRBNB.  I have other businesses that I need to tend to
