A 3 yr, Superhost, Plus listing, 4.98 host here.
We were invited to join Plus in Dallas this time last year. Fees waived because our listing was attractive to Airbnb already. It's been a true blessing until recently. We are WIDE OPEN for the next few months. No changes have been made on our part to our listing.
Upon researching, we're showing up on pages as far as 13. I've been told that Airbnb added a new filter because of the volume. Plus locations no longer show up near the top and you have to use a filter buried in More Options to even find the Plus filter which an average user has no reason to click on. Every time i can about the issue nobody has an answer.
There are locations more expensive and with worst reviews showing up before ours. I'm not sure what we're doing wrong?
Airbnb, how can you expect us to adhere to a higher standard to maintain Plus but we have to be priced as cheap as a non Plus, non Superhost, OK reviewed listing?
And if Plus isn't the direction of the company anymore, can you let us know so we can opt out?
