Is it always impossible to get a respose from airbnb customer service?

My chats are being ignored and no one is calling for the call back. .. its the middle of the business week. Is it always impossible to get assistance from the company?

I have always received a callback, make sure you are next to the phone and check if you accidentally block the unrecognized caller. Good luck.

@Bryan189   It's not actually a chat. If you expect to get an answer back right away to a message, you'll be sorely disappointed. I always do get my messages answered, but it seems to take at least 24 hours to get a response. And sometimes longer. And then it can be 2 days for a back and forth with a CS rep to get answered. The excuse is always that they were on their day off.
