Is there an App that allows guest and host to agree to check-in and check-out state of home?

Hi  I am searching for some advice. 

Apart from just taking photos after check out should a guest leave your place dirty, untidy and or leave on the lights and ac daily, is there an app which both hosts and guests can agee to that snaps quick photos at check in and check out so both guests and hosts are satified with the appearance and cleanliness of the property?

If no app, what are some suggestions for ensuring guests leave your listing close to or just as how it was received?
