Is this a reasonable request? Guest Seeking Change dates

Please advise the policy on changing dates?  My guest already changed the dates previously, now on this change she wants to change again.  She requested this 3 days prior to the booking and 2 of these days are over a week end where I am away.

Urgent response would be appreciated

i normally accepts if its free...

normally guests dont even bother to tell why they want to change, but i allow that changes.

Of course it's reasonalble - whether you can accommodate or not is the other question. If you can;t then you can decline without penalty.
