payments outside air bnb

a lad staying became ill and needed to stay a few more days till he was better ,he wasn't sure how long so booking through air bnb was a problem so he payed me direct .I am trying to talk to someone so i can pay any money to Air bnb that would normally have payed with a booking ,i'll even pay my guests fee .I really need a number .any one with any suggestions ?

While nice to know you are honest, you were unprotected the moment you accepted cash. It would have been better to go online, extend the reservation and then you wouldn't need to have worried about this.
