We've just received an email informing us that we didn't achieve Superhost status this quarter as the recent changes they've made mean we're missing a few things (no more information on what, exactly!) but when I log in under Opportunities it says that everything is 'looking good' and from what I can see we're meeting all criteria...has anyone else experienced this? I've been on hold on the phone to them for 25 minutes now...Thanks
@Stacey66 they seem to have ongoing problems with this for a few weeks, I guess because they were implementing the changes but I don't see how that should affect us. Maybe try calling them, there is nothing else to be done as far as I can see.
