Just received my first Social inquiry.

I don't have my Airbnb connected to my facebook or other social platforms, and I don't want it connected. My issue is this guest's inquiry is not giving me any of her information/profile like a regular airbnb inquiry. It doesn't even give me her name! All I get is a little bit of background she wrote about coming to town. How do I check this person out to see if I want her booking? Also airbnb is asking me to pre-approve or decline. It's NOT a reservation request, just an inquiry. I did message her "politely" asking for morr info,

I asked for more info from the pitential guest, but I'm confused as to how to handle this type of inquiry. Suggestions or feedback please!
