I’m a host in Philly. Until recently I was able to leave a key for my guest at the front desk. My guest need keys for the elevator and my apt. Lockbox not an option. And went to 2 Ketnest locations and they had no idea what I was talking about. Is there a service for check ins. Any ideas would be helpful

Have aco host who can check the guest in for you. Or change the lock on your door to a keypad type, therefore, eliminating the need for a keep. You can just message them the code. You can change the code for every reservation. If there's no guest, you can set it to your personal code for more security.
